today.was nt too bad i guess. (: i'm HAPPY. i'm a HAPPY GIRL today. because because we had nb trng. (: YAYYS.

at first kinda just abbeet like lala abt trng. cuz it was raining. n raining = PT. -frowns- but coach was NICE! hahaha. we cleared up the court. yes. the usual way. newspapers. mops. whatever we cud get hold of. den did shuttles. pairwork. den GAME! lala. my back still hurt. hahax. but i figured training shldn've made my condition worse cuz it hurts more whn i aint doing anything. yupps. =Xx fell down in a very xiasuayy position. den fell the second time. more kool lar. cuz is slide den whole body slide until the floor dere. HAHA. kewl. den someone fell on me. lol. so cool rite. successful landing. PLUS i din get really hurt. hahax. so. haha. whee~ funn. funn. funn. but aiyah. very slack. cuz din really fancy running much. cudn't bend too. haha. so cudn't get loose balls. lala. end of trng got suicide. but nt that bad.
